These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lumi-Ducks website and your purchase of products from Lumi-Ducks. The website and products are operated and sold by Everline Holding LLC, doing business as Lumi-Ducks ("Lumi-Ducks," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website in a way that could harm Lumi-Ducks, our customers, or our service providers.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colors, finishes, dimensions, and other details may appear differently depending on your screen or may vary slightly. We may update product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications at any time without notice.
Lumi-Ducks products are aftermarket accessories. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their intended vehicle, installation location, and use before purchase and installation.
3. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout when available.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled item(s).
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, supply interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you when the package is delivered to the shipping address provided with your order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Lumi-Ducks is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review the Return Policy before making a purchase.
6. PRODUCT USE AND INSTALLATION
You are responsible for using and installing products safely and in accordance with the product instructions, your vehicle manufacturer's guidance, and applicable laws. Do not use a product in a way that obstructs your view, interferes with vehicle controls, creates a safety hazard, or violates any federal, state, or local law.
Use of electrical products should be limited to their intended purpose. Improper installation, modification, misuse, neglect, or use outside the product instructions may cause damage, injury, or loss and may affect eligibility for a return or other remedy.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Lumi-Ducks name, logo, product descriptions, photographs, videos, designs, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Lumi-Ducks and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumi-Ducks and Everline Holding LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, loss of data, or vehicle damage, arising from or related to the website, products, installation, or use of products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Lumi-Ducks for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumi-Ducks, Everline Holding LLC, and their owners, employees, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase from Lumi-Ducks will be handled in the appropriate state or federal court located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
