Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Lumi-Ducks purchase. If something is not right, please contact us through our store's Contact page within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original parts and accessories. Please include your order number with your request so we can help you promptly.

STARTING A RETURN

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid USPS return label and instructions for sending the item back. Please package the item securely to help prevent damage in transit.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

For approved standard returns, we will provide and pay for the return shipping label up front. The actual cost of that return label will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include photos when available. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

REFUNDS

After your return package receives its first USPS acceptance scan, please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive and inspect the returned item for damage or missing parts, then process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

The refund amount will be the original purchase price, less the actual cost of return shipping when applicable.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different item or replacement, please contact us before returning the original item so we can help determine the best solution.
